Delete your Clear to Practice account
Clear to Practice is published by CLEAR TO PRACTICE LLC. You can delete your account and its data in either of two ways.
In the app: open the menu → Account Settings → Delete Account. Enter your password to confirm. Deletion happens right away.
Without the app: email support@cleartopractice.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account." We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What we delete: your account and profile (name, email, license and exam details), your clinical hours entries and categories, and your study history (answers, sessions, flashcard progress).
Delete some data but keep your account: delete individual hours entries in the app, or email support@cleartopractice.com from your account email and tell us what to remove (for example, your study history). We'll complete it within 30 days.
What we keep:
Feedback you sent us. We keep it with your account link removed.
Encrypted backups. These roll off within 7 days.
Records we're legally required to keep.
Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it separately in the App Store or Google Play.
